    Tom Carman is a 30 year veteran of the tree care industry who began his career working to protect elm trees from Dutch elm disease. He is an honors graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College with a Bachelor’s degree in both Biology and History and is also a Board-Certified Master Arborist MN-0164B. He has worked his entire career with Rainbow, first as a field arborist doing PHC applications and then moving indoors to manage production and operations. Later he worked as a Consulting Arborist for more than a decade and currently serves as the Director of Arborist Development.
